What Payment methods do you accept?

Do you accept international orders?

Do I have to pay taxes?
US Residents: No taxes unless you are a resident of Illinois in which case we must charge 7.25%.
International Customers: We are NOT responsible for any customs or import duties. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


How fast do you ship?
Orders placed with free shipping usually ship the next business day.  Upgraded orders usually ship the same day as long as the order is placed before 2PM central time.


How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Transit time depends on the shipping method you choose.


Which carrier's do you use for shipping?
We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS.  DHL and USPS for International.


Do they deliver during the weekend or holidays?
FedEx and UPS only deliver on Weekdays.  If needed, we can send an item Saturday delivery at an additional cost.  Please contact us prior to ordering.  USPS may deliver on Saturday.


I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, do you ship to us?
Yes, we do ship to you; however, the shipping promotions do not apply to you.  You must contact us for shipping rates before you purchase the item.


Do you ship to PO Boxes and Military addresses?
Yes, we do ship to you; however, the shipping promotions do not apply to you.  You must contact us for shipping rates before you purchase the item.


Can I track my shipment?
As soon as the item ships an email is sent to you with tracking information.


Do you provide any type of receipt for warranty purposes?
After your payment is successful you will get a receipt sent directly to your email.  Keep this email and print it out.


I am not a US resident, is the warranty covered in my country?
Each manufacturer is different.  You would need to contact them to find out if they will honor the warranty.


What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee, provided they are returned in their original undamaged box with all accessories. Defective items will be replaced within 30 days of the original purchase date provided they are returned in their original box with all the accessories. Please check with the manufacturer before contacting us. It has been our experience that many items can be fixed with a quick call to the manufacturers tech support. If there is a part missing in the box the item can only be exchanged for the SAME item you purchased.  Software, mapping, and DVD’s cannot be returned. All return shipping is paid for by the buyer, international customers have to pay for shipping both ways. You need to contact us first to obtain a return number; returns will not be accepted without that number.


I received my product, but it doesn’t work.
Please contact the manufacturer’s tech support first, in most cases they are able to help. If the problem persists we will arrange for an exchange or a refund.


My item is defective when it arrived, do I have to pay for return shipping?
All US customers pay for return shipping and we pay for shipping the exchange to you. International customers must pay for all shipping charges.


Is local pick up possible?
Yes, local pick up is possible upon appointment.
