SPX-5R is an easy-to-use, easy-to-fit pilot for powerboats with a fixed or tilt, single station helm and comes with the latest p70R autopilot controller. It is also comes equipped with the latest SeaTalk^ng networking and a standard rate-gyro processor ensuring razor sharp course keeping under any conditions.

SPX-5R is ideal for sports cruisers and rigid inflatable boats so whether it's high-speed pursuits or the most leisurely cruise, let the SPX-5R take you there. It is also ideal for smaller sport fishing boats, now you can prepare the bait while the pilot steers the boat.

SPX-5R is designed for manual cable steered boats with laden displacements of up to 4400 lbs (2000 kg) and manual hydraulic and servo hydraulic steering up to 7700 Lbs (3500 kg.)

The bundled system comes complete with the p70R Control Head. For legacy systems, the SPX-5R corepack without control head may be purchased separately.

We ship via DHL International and USPS. Shipping insurance is optional but recommended and costs $5 for all international orders. Items that can fit in a flat rate envelope are shipped via flat rate service. Please keep in mind that USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail does not include detailed tracking and is not covered by insurance to certain countries. For a list of these countries please email us.

International order processing takes approx. 3-5 business days.
Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc... on items imported from the USA. We do not cover those costs.
